Haven't heard about one in Maryland but New Jersey has a nice one every year. Here is information about 2015. Maybe this is the one you posted about in another thread.

Sorry guys, I am still trying to do a better job moving around here. I am not sure of any "official" tours, but along with the Oyster Festival that I put on each year, I have a route that I put together that cover a few of the Lighthouses down in Southern Maryland. It's 5 or 6 I think. It's a Garmin route and only deals with the ones down around Solomons.
