  • This is a test. This is ONLY a test!

We are testing out the Social Groups function of vBulletin and the Darksiders group is the test Guinea Pig. Please remember, anything you enter here may end up disappearing

Try playing around with this area. Create some new topics, post replies, etc. I want to see if this is a valid mechanism for dealing with special interest groups.

There are some known bugs with this version of vBulletin (5.1.2), the avatars of subscribers do not show up properly. vBulletin has assured me that this has been fixed in the next release, probably 30 days away.

Never had a car tire on a motorcycle. Might try it one day if my riding ever becomes mostly interstate. I actually thought two years ago I was going to be beating a constant path between VA and TX but fortunately that did not happen.

Riding doesn't just need to be interstate to go the dark side. I've been running the Yoko RF and it LOVES the twisties as much as the slab. Many folks run CT's and run primarily twisty stuff. I enjoy the safety factor of a run flat tire on the back. I also enjoy not having to replace my tire every 10K miles! The Michelin Alpin and Falken are other very popular choices. You might consider buying a spare wheel and putting a CT on that. Give it a try and see how you like it! If you decide to keep it, cool. If not, you'll never have a problem getting someone else to take that CT off your hands.

This is my second CT, and I would not go back. Better mileage, corners great and really handles rain and gravel well.

That's what I thought a few years back just use the C/T for long interstate rides. But have not went back to the M/T yet and don't plan to. I have over 300K miles on C/Ts try one you will be supprized.

Started with a Kumho, now running an Alpin.
The Kumho was a good tire, but the Alpin is much better.

vBulletin is aware of the bug that when you JOIN the group is does not add you to the list of Members until you Subscribe to the group. Hopefully, that will be addressed in a (near) future release.

I wish you would Cruise........it truly works well with the wing.......only a handful of all of the tires made are any good for Darkside usage. Choose carefully........I'm a Yoko Envigor ZPS fan.

I have been on the fence for awhile now. Soon I will also have to give it a try. Not sure why I haven't done it yet. I've ridden with quite a few that would debunk any talk of not being able to take turns as fast. Mugie, Travelinlite, Ohiowinger and the likes all ride faster than most with a motorcycle tire.

Second that. Those guys are the debate if indeed there is even one.

I am a pretty slow rider anyway, so fast is not an issue for me.
