  • 2015 Fall Darksider Ride-In [WEST]

    When: August 26,27,28 2015

    Location: Estes Park Colorado
About 75 miles from the Denver airport

Group Lodging: Rocky Mountain Park Inn - map: http://goo.gl/34aodh
They are holding 20 rooms (half kings and doubles) but will increase that if we need it
    $99.00 / day - includes a breakfast buffet coupon
Similar discount can be extended pre and post dates, but may require a phone call
Group Code: DSRI WEST, If making the reservation on-line use Discount Code: DSRG

If you make reservations let everyone know when and where. If we need to we can get more rooms blocked out. Early is better, especially for the lodging locations below - rates increase as they begin to fill.

View a map of some of the potential rides here.

The Visitor Center is a good/central place for meet-up's (large parking lot and bathrooms). It's close to all the hotels/motels listed here.

Other lodging options (all close to each other and the above), I couldn't get group rates at any of the below for one reason or another:

    -Discovery Lodge - http://www.estesdiscoverylodge.com/
They have rooms, cabin, and a vacation home. Cabin has two bedrooms and futon. Vacation home has 3 or 6 bedrooms (could be a good group/gang option). I've stayed at all of these so if you ask questions and I'll try to answer.
The motel manager has agreed to a $10 room discount. Mention that David authorized the discount and that you are part of the Inman group (sorry, didn't want to bother him to change it from my name after beating him up for a discount).

    -Comfort Inn - http://www.estescomfortinn.com

    -Coyote Mountain Lodge - http://www.coyotemountainlodge.com

    -Best Western - http://www.estesresort.com

    -Silver Moon Inn - http://silvermooninn.com

-And, if you really want a lodging experience there's the Stanley Hotel - http://www.stanleyhotel.com/
Be prepared for a "slightly" more expensive room rate, though. But, on the darker side, they do have ghosts.
