  • Getting the F6B triked.

I will be having the F6B triked this winter, which company puts out the best handling conversion?

Looking forward to seeing pictures as I think the F6B will make a great looking trike.

I have only seen a picture of one triked. Cann't tell from tell from the picture who would have made it. JMO but it didn't look very pretty as the kit looked to big for the F6B

You need to evaluate the different options offered by each kit mfg. As a general rule the shorter wheelbase kits like Motortrike will handle the tight twisties better but are close to the ground. The longer wheelbase kits such as Hannigan and Roadsmith offer the best ride. Would highly recommend a rake kit regardless of brand. Also, if you plan on touring then workable luggage capacity also enters into question. Your best bet would be to drive the models you're interested in; either a Wing or F6B and then decide.

Because some Tupperware is different on the F6B is different but built on the GL1800 frame, the installer recommended using a F6B specific conversion to cut down on labor so I wound up with the Lehman kit. Now I need to borrow a trike and get used to the handling the installer is 70 miles away, Thanks to all for the valuable information. it is great to be able to continue riding as the individual advances in age.
