Here is an Excel spreadsheet template that you can use to track the maintenance of your Goldwing.

UPDATE: I have added a Numbers spreadsheet for all you Mac OSX users out there. This spreadsheet has some enhancements not found in the Excel versions.

What kind of "device", these are .zip files. They are probably not accessible from iPads or iPhones.

Using ipad with ios8 I had no problem viewing the spreadsheets in the zip file using Goodreader app

how do I unzip the files? Do I need a special program? I have excel.

They should unzip on a Mac, on a PC, you might need WinZip

Works fine on my iPhone, and I assume my iPad. I have Numbers on both and so far they have opened any numbers spreadsheet I have on the Mac. I just save them on iCloud and they are available to all my devices.

I use an app called a-car on my android. I input ALL maintenance and fuel stops. Takes roughly 20 seconds at a gas stop. Most of that time is fidgeting to get the device out. On my iPad I used app called pocket garage. Not sure its available but both work great. Easy to make charts for intervals. Input reminders for scheduled maintenance. And chart mileage to see how its doing long term. Less cumbersome that Excell since its always with me on road trips.

It only sucks to be in California for financial and economic prosperity. Cause you sure cant beat the weather and riding roads here. That being said, I plan to relocate out of California in 5 years
