  • OEM Pegs & levers - where to buy

Anyone know where to buy OEM type pegs and levers (links or part numbers would be awesome)? I bought this 2006 with floorboards but want to try the stock type pegs too. Not to mention I have read the floorboards can cause transmission problems and I don't want that... I have a loud shift into 2nd and wondering if this is a problem.

I use this site for OEM parts. They now have West & East coast warehouses to get parts to you faster. https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle

You'll need the complete pegs/mounts/hardware & Brake pedal. (Honda only sells the pieces,so order wisely)

One issue floor boards have is Shift arm Pivot bushing wear. Which in turn causes a not so smooth shift.
The other is they limit cornering clearance.

I'll point out that the GL1800 is notorious for second gear clunk. Floorboards can make it worse, by design of the length on time to complete each shift. (most adapt)

Your foot can complete the shift faster!

Does anyone sell a "set" of all needed to change back to stock pegs and levers?

As Rocky mentioned, parts come individually.

You may also have luck in finding a set of stock foot pegs on eBay.

Note: Honda calls them 'step' or 'main step' not peg.

        No.

most hardware is reused on aftermarket chrome mounts & or pegs.

Here is where you HAVE to buy the complete set from. https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/ho...gold-wing/step

Just another hint when shifting the transmission on the GL1800. Put some authority in your leg/foot and try not to make a soft limp shift. I guess what I'm trying to say is a crisp shift???, don't have a lazy foot
