  • Rocky-Question on DHS Shifter

Rocky, I could have sent you PM on this but thought it might benefit others besides myself. Without getting into detail, I have a situation (on a 2012 wing) where I need to raise the shifter pad/peddle (the pad you put your toe under) up about 1/4"-1/2". I know the DHS part was design to reduce the shifting stroke (distance), but it also indicates it may give me the adjustment I need? What say you? Thanks.

Richard. I was the one who sought out this adjustable Stainless Self cleaning Hyme joint instead of using the Stock cheap joints. For the very reason you are asking about.
    I wanted stock height.

This kt offers guy with bigger boots to adjust for that to.

So to answer your question. "Yes"' you can adjust this kit to what you want..

Thanks Rocky. I knew you were somehow involved with it and that is what prompted the question. Take care.

Hard to believe that my Pingel Electric Shifter has over 185,000 miles on it and untold “cycles” while shifting up and down. The mounting bracket is the original one and now has over 225,000 miles...
