  • White DCT

was just at my local dealer and they got a white DCT in. I really like the white paint, but the bike jaut does not fit me as well as my 12. But, it sure is purdy.

I think the white color is really good looking. If I were to buy a 2018...it would be a white one for sure.

The white really looks good IMO against the black...Will the 2018 require a belly pan??

No. The oil filter is nicely tucked away so a belly pan will not be necessary.

Keith..So does the lower case have any protection for something being kicked up by the front wheel...

I think Chris had some damaged on his 2012 from something punching a hole in his lower engine case...I think he had a belly pan on his as well...it's obvious it did not help him...

Right, it is not just the oil filter, it is the entire lower crankcase that can use protection. Even though my belly pan did not prevent the damage to my engine, if WOULD have prevented damage cause my smaller debris that could also have damaged the engine. At 70mph, it does not take much to crack an engine case.
