Honda had to have changed the metal composition recipe on the new ST1800
I have seen 5 guys in the last month seeking out a Front wheel from an impact.
This guy said he hit a Rock a bout the size of a Brick (Bad eyes maybe?)
And to add insult to injury to this poor guy.
Honda says they are back ordered, with NO ETA for delivery!!
I've seen many a GL1800 bent wheel, But the internal Cracking is a new one on me!. on the ST1800.
Makes ya wonder what cheap metal recipe, whoever is making the new Honda wheels,Using??

Look, fully recognize that a new one would be the preferred solution to this problem.
Yet, if they're not available, you have nothing to lose but to contact Woody's and have them evaluate the potential for a repair.
If there's anyplace in the country that might be able to restore that wheel to serviceable condition, it'd be that place.
