  • Seat heater visual indicators after Corbin seat install

The Corbin seats heater gets wired as an accessory, so the OEM connectors are/will remain unused.

Is there any way to disable the blinking indicators on the display?

    Thanks-

Why Didn't Corbin include a Dummy Plug to make their $1100 seat work on your bike.

Why Do they make YOU buy something like this for $70.

Had a Corbin seat on my 2007 with OEM heat control. Loved that seat, 600 mile days where a breeze but I will not put one on my 2018 until they offer OEM heat control.

Corbin is a seat maker and they do pretty good.... they sell a high quality seat, some with heat AND cool effects and it connects directly to the battery with ZERO problems..... if you think in your tiny mind that they are going to reverse engineer a bike with a “can bus” system... you my friend are going to wait a LONG time.... and personally I don’t blame them one iota.....

                seats are seats....

I think Buyers would gladly pay a little extra to make it plug n play.

The bikes can bus system is doing the very same thing with a Honda heated seat.

I really like Corbin seats but that is one of the three reasons I didn't buy one.

Don't expect to get one. They, Electrical Connection has a lousy web site. They don't bother telling you, before you order, that they do not have the dummy load in stock. So you order your seat, then order the electrical dummy load and then have to cancel your seat because they don't know when they are going to ship the dummy load. Why can't a seat manufacturer make a seat that works off of the factory controls. I am an electrical engineer and it is not that difficult to do.

That says a lot right there!!

Pinhead- Engineers are to stupid to call a company beforehand, to "Ask if an item is in stock"
Before they place an online order!!

They prefer to bi*ch about it on the internet.

                    I agree.

Who do they think they are Honda.

Make you pay for a Custom seat, they have the Gawl to tell you.

                    You want it to work?
Buy something for our accessory line.

Just going to wait until someone makes a heated seat that works off of the factory controls.
Think about it, the factory indicator becomes useless as does the front and rear seat controls.
