September 1 is the official launch date for TheGLForum.com. Thanks to all of you for your willingness to join this exciting new endeavor.
We have all come here for a variety of reasons. Some of us were banned from other forums, and some of us probably should have been! In any case, this is our new home, so let's play nice and make it an inviting place for new members.
I am pleased to report that in the first 30 days, during our pre-launch period, more than 745 members have joined. That far exceeds my initial goal.
I am equally pleased to announce that there have been NO BANNED MEMBERS in the past 30 days, and I have not had to remove ANY threads. For the most part, everyone has been respectful and playing by the rules.
Even though we do have rules, I would remind everyone again that if you are easily offended, it is best to stay off the Off-Topic Discussion forum.
This is YOUR forum now, I am hopeful that all of you will come here in a spirit of mutual respect and a love for motorcycling. That said, now go invite everyone you know to join our forum, the BEST Goldwing forum on the Internet!
