I am working on a short promotional video for TheGLForum.com that will eventually run on YouTube. BUT I NEED YOUR HELP!

I need some short video clips FROM YOU, actual members who have decided to join TheGLForum.com

You can send me a short video of you telling:

• Why you joined TheGLForum.com
• What you like about TheGLForum.com
• Why others should join TheGLForum.com

You get the idea.

The video does not to be very long, or professional, in fact, you could use your built-in camera on your computer most likely. If you can save a .MOV or .MP4 file, that would be best.

I will edit your video and take out any parts I don't need (especially any insults directed at me). Please no nude video clips.

Make sure to include you forum username

Also, by sending me a video clip you are giving me authorization to use your image in the video. Just so you know.

Great idea except if I contribute, my video will be soft focus........every time I get in front of a camera, I fog the lens - too much hot air probably.......

I was thinking of filming my 4 year old grand daughter change the oil. I loosen and tighten everything but she does the work...only wish I was better at editing so that the instructions weren't included...she loves watching all the dirty oil come out. Titled...It's so easy even a 4 year old can do it.

I may have to start showing up on some of your doorsteps with a video camera, like 60 minutes! Maybe I could just hang out at a DQ with a camera?

OK, I am a little disappointed in how little participation I have had on this. I need a handful of short video clips on what you like about TheGLForum. I swear, this won't take you more than a minute! You can do it in front of your computer (if you have a video camera built-in), or a selfie video on your cell phone.

I have received a few really good video clips from members, BUT I NEED MORE!

Below is a great example of one I received from Papa Smurf:

Here are a few tips:

• Leave about 3 seconds of blank space before and after you start/stop talking. So, Start your record button and count to 3 before you being your clip.
• Try to include your Goldwing/F6B/Trike in the background. After all, that's what we are all about!
• A close-up (tight) shot like Papa Smurf's is great because you generally will get better sound.
