Ooops, I have no new ride. It was a feeble attempt at trolling. I love the Wing and believe it is the best MC out there for us, nothing against HD though.

Well, this is the honest truth, I now have a 2005 Softail sitting in my garage! but it's not mine
A friend had to move out of town for a while and couldn't take it with him yet. I agreed to keep it for him and run it around the block every couple weeks.
I pulled up on it and told my adult daughter (who lives with us) "look what I traded my Goldwing for". The neighbor she was talking to (that knows me) wanted to know the details. My daughter started laughing and said "No you didn't, you're not fooling me..."
She did think maybe I had bought an extra bike (I've been known to do that), but wasn't fooled for a minute about giving up my 'Wing.

I have a good friend who rides Harley Davidson. He asked me one day about the tow bar fitted to my Wing, I said I had a snatch rope in the top box its for towing the Harley's home. The look on his face was priceless. I don't see anything wrong with a bit of ribbing each other, keeps you on your toes somewhat.
