  • Running out of riding days....

Trying to squeeze out as many days as I can before I have to store the 'wing for the winter, but I may be reaching the end. At least it was dry.

Same here in Wisconsin, I'll be putting the trike away for the winter next week.
Then it's time to ride this all winter

Went for a ride in Northern MI on Sunday with the GF as it was a fine day. Not many left and looks like store for the Winter time next week and start thinking about getting out of here for at least half of the winter.

It is hard to feature not riding for 3-4 months. We can get some cold (for us) weather in Oklahoma, but there are always riding day to be had during the winter. We can go from 80 one day to snow/ice overnight and then back up in the 60s the next day or so. We get some crazy weather. If you don't like the weather wait a day or two.

Looks like a brief warm-up for next week, but of course accompanied by rain.

Oh well, 16 days in the Keys for the Holidays, come back for a month and head back down for 3-4 weeks.... My customers are going to hate me! LOL

Mine is in the garage complete with cover and batt tender. Right next to the FJR. The weather idiot is calling for snow for Halloween.

The forecast here in WI is calling for lows in the mid 20s over the next few days. Snow cannot be too far around the corner but, until then I will ride every chance I get. I typically don't put my bike away until they start dumping salt on the roads.

Yep us also, November 10th we head south to Port Isabel & South Padre Island for our best fishing of the year. We tear up the Redfish, Sea Trout and Snook with an occasional Tarpon that is still hanging around.... Yep and I like to see the smile on Peggy's face once she gets one in the boat, a nice 12#er. Been going down there for nearly 40 years and we limit ever time we go out... and we're tired by noon, a little siesta after lunch and we go again.... maybe be back home by late January.... maybe not..... if their still biting and right now is Prime Time til the water cools down, still 82 deg in the bay and 80 deg off-shore.

Unless there is snow and ice on the road, I will ride here in SW Ohio until its colder than 18 . . . And no heated seat or grips either.
