Just saw a story about how the Honda execs are taking pay cuts for quality issues on Fox Business web site. It was focused on the automotive lines but I wonder if the cycle exec are included. While I like my 12 I have found the fit and finish is not the usual honda high standards. Heck it even leaks oil from the rear end.

Accepting responsibility and "falling on their swords" is a very old tradition in the Japanese culture. It has significant meaning to Japanese people and I'm confident it means something within the ranks of Honda corporate leadership.Harvey Barlow

Take some $$ off the execs because the product could be improved and is sloppy.
You can bet your crown jewels ( not sure if I can say arse or bollix here) there are some directives being past down the food chain.
