Best price on extended warranty?

I am looking to find a deal on the extended warranty. I know you can buy direct from Honda or your sellers dealership.

I have been trying to work out a group buy deal with a dealership for forum members. Have not had any success yet. Still looking for a willing dealer.

I concur that the best price I have found for the extended warranty of 4 more years...is $ 499.00 also.

Just to make certain that everyone is on the same page.....to those that have never bought this extended warranty from Honda before....you can buy this from ANY dealership, or from Honda. It does NOT have to be the dealership that sold you your bike. Most of these extended warranties are sold over the phone, so you only need your VIN, date of sale, your ID info, etc.

So don't let your local dealer try to convince you that you have to buy it from them. You can...but you don't have to. As Cruiseman is working on a Group Deal for all of us, that is a good thing for us, and if it can be bought for less than $ 499.00, that is a WOW price then. Also...remember that you do not have to buy this extended warranty until just before your original warranty expires....but it must be BEFORE your original warranty expires.

Since I know I am going to keep this current bike for several more years, I plan to buy my extended warranty earlier...rather than later.

And as Cruiseman has already stated, it is not wise to buy a 3rd party warranty, from some other company. Stick with the HONDA extended warranty, and it will cover everything that the original warranty covers.

Just out of curiosity, when did you purchase these warranties from Blue Ridge? I saw a quote online from them for $575.

Chris, that is the price they show on their website, but if you call them, and talk to the one guy that is in charge of selling the extended warranties, he will quote you a price of $ 499.00.
