Yesterday my wife and I did the demo rides on the new Indain motorcycles. Local dealership hosted a Demo ride day. First we rode on the largest "Indain Roadmaster", well to say the least it was very impressive. Smooth shifting, very comfortable and some very nice options. Like electric Windshield adjustments. Then we rode on the next class down "Indian Chieftain", not as comfortable but still a nice machine. I think the Indain has some bikes and will give HD a run for the money. But as with the HD when you stop you can feel the heat rising from the engine right away, and yesterday it was about mid 60's here in ND. So you can about imagine what this heat would feel like in the 90's or higher..
I do like several of the color schemes they have available, and even more of the colors on the "Vintage" class.
I ride on a 2001 with 95,000 miles, so it's hard to compare to my 14 some year old bike to a brand new bike with less than 2000 miles. so now I guess I will have to ride on a new Goldwing.
