The 2015 is a joke . . . Is that is all Honda can come up with for a 4o year anniversary Goldwing? Geesh!! Are there no creative minds in their design team or are they just too damned lazy to come up with something new & exciting?

Rocky is right on. I have a 05 1800, with 205000 miles. for the cost that Honda is asking,I could have my engine reworked for much less, and would still be YELLOW that they no longer offer? What's with that anyway..Come on Honda offer something the customer would actually want....?

Nope, but then I never buy a new one anyway. The local tax bill on a new Wing would push 1600 bucks for about four years. I like vehicles that have a $21.78 tax bill. Lol!

I do not think that new machine is designed to impress us old farts who know the machine, more geared to impress the new folks to the game. Some fancy bright colors would sure help the overall situation.

But hey not all but most Honda dealerships now remind me of the old West Ghost Towns, go to one and you are the only one in there. I went to our local shop this past week, first time in several years, it was dead, I mean dead . I looked at all the bikes, even stopped and sat on a crotch rocket, decided No Kit you will kill yourself, however the two kids who are sales people never even said Hi.

Now I can go to the local Harley dealer any given Saturday and it will be packed, you can get a free hotdog and flirt with a girl in hot pants, check out various tatoos(chuckle) and just in general have a good time. Not that I want a Harley, but they have the marketing thing down pat.

I didn't matter to me what they released. I found home with my 2010. I intend to wear this one out.

I'm gonna wait to see if the airbag on my 2013 pops out for some reason. Then think about another bike

Honda has been working overtime to convince me that I should purchase another brand of MC. So I am not very likely to buy a 2015 or 2017 or 2017, etc.

I agree. I am keeping my Goldwing in SPITE of Honda, not because of Honda. They just don't care about the luxury touring market anymore. They have given up.

My 2012 is only 2 years old with 50k miles. It's barely broken in. I'll be in the market for a new bike in probably two years, but my guess it'll be an F6B or a Valk.

While I think the Black/Red/Silver '15 is a great looking bike, a new wrapper on the same old thing isn't enough to make me buy one.

I have a feeling Honda knows they won't be selling that many new wings. IMO They just don't see the touring market growing, they don't feel it's worth investing in a new wing. Kawasaki did that with their Voyager 1200, Same bike for 17 years, only difference was color. Then the dies got old & they quit making it in 2003

I'm still learning my 05 Wing. The new one would doesn't excite me.

Maybe, I really like the color combo.
