View First Unread?

Maybe I'm not seeing it...

Is there a way to (easily) jump to the first unread message in a thread? For example, when I come back to a thread that I viewed yesterday, I'd like to be able to go straight to the first message that I haven't yet read, without scrolling through all of the ones I viewed yesterday (or the day before). This isn't too much of a problem on threads that only have a handful of posts, but when threads get to be several pages long - that's a different story.

I will do some more checking on this, but on the Home Page there is a Recent Posts section:

Cruiseman, there's that (simply shows us all unread threads since our last visit - I use it on every visit), and there's the button that takes us to the last post in an individual thread. However, I've not seen anything that'll take us to the last post we'd read in an ongoing thread (to pick up where we left off). I'd vote for one of those if it can be built.

I know that was a feature available in earlier versions of vBulletin. I have a message in to vBulletin support to see if the same exists in this newest version.

OK, I learned something today.

Click on the small blue arrows next to a thread title:

The small blue arrows help. I was looking for something after I opened a thread (like the other forum...). As much as this helps, it would be nice to jump to the first unread within the thread after it's opened - gives me a chance to read the OP and remember what the thread is about before making the jump.

i second this missing feature... its nice to be able to jump to the first unread message after opening the thread. pretty much all other forums i read have this feature. would be nice especially as the content increases or a thread is popular.
