11-8-14. I left my house and traveled north on Hwy 411 to Leesburg, AL and turned left on hwy 68. A after a short ride, I turned right on hwy 273 and rode up the valley to Menlo, GA. The colors were great although the leaves are falling fast. I made a left in Menlo and went up the mountain to hwy 157 at the top and turned right. The ride up the mountain was very colorful. After turning right on Scenic Hwy (189), I continued on toward Chattanooga, TN. There is a hang gliding operation on hwy 189 (Lookout Mountain Hang Gliding). No one was flying today, but I stayed around for awhile because the view was awesome. Here is a short video I made. FYI Finally found that rattle that was on my videos with my GoPro.... CB antenna a little loose.
