What you guys don't like battered and deep fried turkey testicles washed down with a beer while listening to music and getting a patch sewn on the vest?
"I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for few public officials." (George Mason, 3 Elliot, Debates at 425-426)
The secret lies in the beer.
Lots of it well before the deep fryer goes into action!
Beer helps since the line is so long that one develops a dry mouth and it needs to be freshened every 12 ounces. Believe it or not there is eye candy too; of course the candy is already bought and paid for by someone else.

And the eye candy also appears to be sweeter as more of the magic elixir is consumed!
Now to be serious. it sounds like a really fun event!
Sometimes I do miss the fall community events in Illinois, but this is the first I have heard of this one and it really does beg for some smart ass comments!
It was a great day for the Feast. Mid 60s deg for riding and hardly a cloud in the sky. Had breakfast at Sunrise II Family Restaurant, food and service was great. The Feast
opened at noon. After eating Turkey balls - battered and deep fried - road south on Rt. 2 to Dixon. Then we doubled back east to Rt. 39 south to Rt. 6 and road that to US 55 - as it was getting late - home. Small group went and we talked back and forth on the CBs. The only dark cloud was that at 3 different times cagers thought their time and
destination was more important than our lives as they cut into/between our bikes to switch lanes in order to get ahead.

Hopefully Kevin (MisterK) will chime in with further details, but the "3rd annual" Stuffed Turkey ride is coming up in a couple of weeks. We had a good crowd last year.

I wish I had seen this years ago. This is an outstanding video of a butcher explaining how to carve a fully cooked turkey for the most meat and least frustration. Given the time and effort put into...
