The GLForum Rockies Ride is OFFICIAL!!

It is OFFICIAL. Montrose Colorado in Sept 2015 11/12/13 or earlier if you wish to arrive. Heather has blocked off 25 rooms so far and more will be blocked if needed. Room Rates are $89 per double queen standard room. If other rooms are wanted, you need to call and get with Heather Dunaway at the info below. Invite your friends and Let's Ride the Rockies in Sept next year, get your vacation times turned in and lets have some fun!

The room rates are guaranteed for either a few days before and after the above dates, so if you chose to come early or stay a day or so later, the rates will be the same, as per Heather the Manager. I would imagine, my wife and I will get there a couple days earlier, if we go that far to ride some roads, we are going to make it worth the trip and ride for a week or better. So feel free on planning to come early or stay late, as I imagine there will be others that do so!

Be sure and mention " The GLForum Rockies Ride" when reserving to ensure room rates and the block of rooms set aside for us.

This is purely a simple ride in for the members from this board and any others that want to come to ride, has no Official Affiliation to this Board or the Owners of this board. Just a simple Ride In for us members, set up by us members. Simple.

Now that is tempting Rick. Not sure yet my dates for my 4 month trip to USA next year, but will keep it in mind when I do final planning! Would be good to catch up with you and many of the friends I meet at RG in 2008.

I would love to go on this one but the third weekend in September I'm ALWAYS in Costa Mesa at the Sand Sport Super Show at the Orange County Fair Grounds....That is the weekend after this event and I don't think I can do back to back trips....We will see....

The wife & I usually cycle out to Colorado every other year in June. Next year we will see about changing it to September and attend this great event. Never been to Colorado in Sept....are the aspens starting to turn color by then? I think we will plan to arrive early and swing over & see Moab Utah since we will be so close. A year from today should be in Colorado, Dan.

We did not go ride in Colorado this year, sooooooooo I am really looking forward to it next year! Cannot beat riding in the Mountains of Colorado!

I hope by planning it a long ways out, like we have for next Sept in 2015, lots will have time to turn in their time off from work and make plans to attend, we have never had a bad trip to Colorado in our lives! Good riding and good friends, cannot get any better than that!
