So until legislation is changed taxpayer monies fund irresponsible behavior of getting high that was originally meant to help those less fortunate survive. In the meantime, the advocates for welfare recipients will cry that those on the public dime need an increase in the card limit because the welfare recipients don't have enough on the card to feed themselves. Well could it be because they are blowing the EBT card on getting high and Twinkies instead of properly feeding themselves or family. It's no wonder people are flocking to Colorado. And the cycle continues but in truth to secure the votes of the recipients. And of course the pols would want to change the law are heartless racists who hate the poor.

With Choom Boi in the drivers seat I expected no less.

I read an article a few weeks ago that said Denver's homeless population is growing rapidly since mj was legalized. Deadbeat stoner's from around the country
are making their way there to live the high life. I think they'll be in for a rude awakening when winter arrives. Good.

As for the rest of it I did say we the taxpayer will foot the bill for self medication in regards to weed. The underworked and under privileged who refuse to work will certainly demand that they are entitled and for sure politicians will pander to them for votes.

Those not all, but many who go through life living on social programs if one takes a bit of time to see what they have in their shopping cart at the check out line, you do not see hamburger helper or rice or something so you can eat well and eat good, you see prepared foods or hamburgers you just warm up, as they are too lazy to even prepare their own food.

If you watch them leave you might just see them get into a brand new Lincoln vehicle, kept in someone else's name of course so they can meet the requirements to live in these social programs.

Some around here live off welfare, food stamps and the government pays their housing rent. When they get close to the limit of cut off, they go get a job at some fast food place and work 90 days then deliberately get fired, now they can ride the dole some more.

Yea boy, get that self medication passed, what are you waiting for? We all need to contribute to free WEED.

You see whiskey and beer are not under the medication plan, WEED is for the purpose of medical use, and does qualify for entitlement.

I am required in October to go to the V.A. for a physical, I think I will tell the Doc, hey you know I smoked some weed exposed to Agent Orange, and I am depressed, do ya think I can get a disability check.........Lol.......I hope he has a sense of humor.
