  • Greetings from Colorado

Checking in from Colorado! Really enjoying this new forum. Seems to be off to a great start and attracting a lot of users from the "other forum." It'll be interesting to see what happens when the pull the trigger with the official launch September 1!

Welcome to a more stable run board. So far have not seen one incident of name calling, but lots of info, questions answered, etc.

I miss the extra room for wife.. So she has oked me to shop for my first bike love a 1986 SEi GL1200 Thats what I had when I met her and we both loved it

BUT the new CTX1300 is a perfect fit for me solo. BETTER MPG, lighter handling.. don't need reverse, I will be really breaking it in about two weeks from now,, depart on my USA 4 corners ride& 3 Flags ride& and another 50 CC all in one trip!.. IF it survives that ride ITS a keeper

Sounds like a great wife and a great upcoming trip! I'm sure the bike will survive it, but it makes my butt hurt just thinking about a ride that long. Of course we'll need to see pictures once you get back for evidentiary purposes!
