How do I post picture from phone?

Most of the time I am on my phone viewing. I am unable to post pictures from it though. Its not life or death, but would be nice to be able to do it. Can anyone of you computer / phone savvy guys help?...

I got a new android phone and want to transfer my contacts and photos the the new phone. I have AT&T but AT&T mobile transfer does not work. Any other apps that might with both phones to transfer...
