We leave in the AM for a trip to visit our son in Denham Springs, LA. I'm out in the garage programing the Honda GPS for our various stops. As I get off the trike, I feel a "pop" in my left ankle and now I'm sitting with a pillow under my foot and it's iced. I'm not sure what happened. I didn't roll it or step on something. I didn't slip on something...just shooting pain after the pop. I almost didn't make it to the house from the garage. Hopefully it's better tomorrow morning. It's always something.
